Pavo Multivit15 contains a wide range of vitamins and Cellprotect antioxidants, which support many bodily functions. For example, vitamin B1 (thiamin) plays a role in sugar conversion. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), B5 and B12 provide energy in the cells. Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) is needed for various cell processes. Choline helps with muscle relaxation. In addition to synthetic vitamin E, Pavo MultiVit15 also contains the natural CellProtect antioxidants for better availability of vitamin E and neutralizing the free radicals.

The amount of vitamin A in Pavo Multivit 15 has been deliberately reduced because research has shown that this is often dosed too high and "the higher the better" does not apply to this vitamin. Overdose can lead to problems.
