Indications for use:
CAVALOR COLOSTRA 24 is given as a substitute for colostrum milk to newborn foals (motherless foals or foals of mares with little, no or insufficient quality colostrum milk).

Cavalor Colostra 24 is freeze-dried colostrum or colostrum milk that is given to the foal immediately after birth. The use of Cavalor Colostra 24 increases the level of immunoglobulins in the blood. This allows the foal to better defend itself against germs during the first week of its life, when it develops its own immune system. There may be less at a low immunity in the foal, and this helps protect the foal from infections and diseases.

Composition and application:
Cavalor Colostra 24 contains natural substances (freeze-dried colostrum), which are essential for the healthy growth of the foal. It is advisable to always keep Cavalor Colostra 24 and Cavalor Hyppolac in stock.

Cavalor Colostra 24 is IBR negative and safe to use with all foals, and contains at least 30% immunoglobulins.

Dosage:
To supplement the mare's milk colostrum: administer 100 grams / 3.5 oz colostrum powder to the foal within 24 hours of birth.

To replace the total lack of colostrum milk: administer 100 grams of CAVALOR COLOSTRA 24 within 6 hours after birth, and repeat this amount again after 12-16 hours.

Add 100 grams of CAVALOR COLOSTRUM 24 to 0.2 liters of milk substitute (CAVALOR HYPPOLAC) or water. Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. Administer to the foal at a temperature of 36-37 ° C.
